The Special School for the Disabled (MR and Visual Impaired) started and is availing financial assistance from Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India. Since 1st December’ 1998. Experienced teaching faculties and adequate non-teaching staff have been engaged for better education and proper care of the disabled children. At present there are 50 MR children and 25 Visual Impaired children staying in the above Special School campus. The children are given free education, free boarding and lodging, free uniforms and other recreational facilities for proper growth of the inmates. Doctors are regularly visiting the school and they are giving proper advice of the health condition of students and Students are also provided with required medicines as per advice of the doctor.
