ULTRA is regularly conducting small meeting among small and marginal farmers of Bolgarh Block in Sagarguan village where they are given updated news of agro-farming and scientific development in agriculture field. Proper advice on seed collection and scientific methods of crop production are also shared with them. Sometimes also OUAT officials are invited to give necessary demonstration for better crop production. The farmers are also given scope to visit ideal agro-farming farms to develop their knowledge on agriculture. Since this regular counseling and advices are given to villages farmers they are completely motivated to give better crop production. This effort of ULTRA is ultimately giving better annual income to farmers.
